AI as a Force Multiplier, Not a Replacement

When integrating AI (LLM) systems into your business processes, there's one key principle to keep in mind: always keep a human in the loop.

AI is incredible for automating repetitive or time-intensive tasks, but it isn't perfect; it makes mistakes. The best way to think about AI automation is as a force multiplier for your existing processes and contributors.

Instead of replacing team members, you can redesign their roles so that AI handles the bulk of the heavy lifting, while humans focus on reviewing, refining, and correcting what the AI produces.

  • This doesn't eliminate contributors.

  • It amplifies their impact.

With this approach, each contributor can generate far more value than before. And as your company scales, you can scale efficiently—growing output with fewer additional hires.

Don't think about how to replace people as your starting point with AI strategy. Think about how to empower them. Efficiency will then come naturally.
